Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that Redium Limited, trading as Receptioner, engages to help operate the Receptioner platform. We publish this list to support transparency and to help our business customers meet their obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
We require each subprocessor to protect personal information to a standard substantially equivalent to that required of us under applicable privacy law, through written contracts.

Change Notifications
We may add or replace subprocessors from time to time. Where a change materially affects the processing of personal information, we will provide reasonable prior notice via email or in-product notification to affected business customers. To receive change notifications, email privacy@receptionerapp.com with the subject line "Subprocessor notifications".

Mobile Application Distribution
Our mobile applications are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Microsoft Store. These platforms may collect information about app downloads and usage in accordance with their own privacy policies. They are not subprocessors of Receptioner.
Website Analytics
We do not currently use any third-party analytics service on our marketing website. If we introduce one in the future, it will be added to this list and loaded only with the consent recorded via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
