Registration Overview

Creating your Receptioner account involves a simple multi-step process designed to verify your identity and set up your business. The entire registration takes just a few minutes.

You'll need access to your email inbox and mobile phone to complete the verification steps.

Registration Steps

The registration process consists of the following steps:

Email Verification — Enter and verify your email address
Phone Verification — Enter and verify your phone number
Account Details — Set your name and password
Company Setup — Configure your business information

Email Verification

The first step is to provide and verify your email address. This email will be used for account access and important notifications.

Enter Your Email

Provide a valid email address.

Enter your email address in the registration form. The system validates that the email format is correct before proceeding.

Receive Verification Code

Check your inbox for the confirmation code.

A verification code will be sent to your email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed) for the email from Receptioner.

Enter the Code

Confirm your email by entering the verification code.

Enter the verification code you received to confirm your email address. Once verified, you'll proceed to phone verification.

If you already have an account with the email address you entered, you'll be prompted to log in instead of creating a new account.

Phone Verification

After verifying your email, you'll need to verify your phone number. This adds an extra layer of security to your account.

Enter Your Phone Number

Provide your mobile phone number.

Enter your mobile phone number including the country code. This number will be used for account verification and can be used for business contact purposes.

Receive SMS Code

Wait for the verification SMS.

A verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS. This usually arrives within a few seconds.

Enter the Code

Confirm your phone number.

Enter the SMS verification code to confirm your phone number. Once verified, you'll proceed to set up your account details.

Account Details

With your contact details verified, you'll now create your account credentials.

Required Information

First Name — Your name as it will appear in the system
Password — A secure password (minimum 8 characters)

Choose a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters for better security.

After entering your details, your user account is created and you're automatically logged in to proceed with company setup.

Company Setup

The final step is to set up your business profile. This information helps configure your booking system and is displayed to your customers.

Required Company Information

Company Name — Your business name as customers will see it
Company Type — Select your business category:
- Massage
- Nails
- Spa
- Hair Salon
- Beauty
- Personal Training
- Other
Country — Your business location country
Region — Your state or region (required for some countries)
Address — Your business address
Phone — Business contact phone number (if different from your personal number)

The company type you select helps optimize your booking page and may affect available features and integrations.

Once you complete the company setup, you'll be taken directly to your dashboard where you can start configuring services, staff, and availability.
